This 18 gauge aluminum bun pan features an AMERICOAT® glaze for a convenient nonstick cooking surface. The pan's StayFlat® technology increases the strength and longevity of the product. The bun pan features sidewalls that are continuously reinforced with a horizontally engineered rib to improve its strength up to 30%. It is made using a manufacturing method that creates a residual tensile stress in the underside to prevent bowing or denting. The bun pan also has a slightly concave bottom that will flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution. Plus, the 5/64" perforations allow air to circulate for accelerated cooking.
