Instructions for sewing a zippered adult-sized Sleeping Bag Quilt.  Twin or Double size.

This "how-to" instruction booklet shows you how to make an adult-sized, fully lined sleeping bag quilt.  Make it with pre-quilted fabric or quilt your own.  This sleeping bag zips closed or can be opened up fully with long zips.  

Twin Quilt Size:  55"x 88" (140cm x 224cm)
Double Quilt Size:  71"x 88" (180cm x 224cm)

Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Fabric - pre-quilted 7-9oz. single-sided nylon channel quilt; or quilt your own fabric.
Lining - flannel, fleece, or hi-count nylon taffeta.

Fabric Requirements:
Outer Fabric, 45" (115cm) or 60" (150cm) - Twin: 3-1/8 yd (2.9m); Double: 5 yd (4.6m)
Lining Fabric, 45" (115cm) or 60" (150cm) - Twin: 3-1/8 yd (2.9m); Double: 5 yd (4.6m)

Notions:
one sleeping bag zipper: 96" (2.4m) for Twin size, 115" (2.9m) for Double size
